Modern Alpine cuisine with a refined French touch – rooted in seasonality and generosity. Selected dishes are served family-style: to share, to connect, to linger. Quietly elegant. Deeply human. By day, the view sets the tone: Lech’s chocolate-box houses and church seem almost within reach. By night, contemporary art and the soft glow of candlelight create an intimate, unhurried atmosphere. Lunch is light and relaxed, served in the restaurant and on the sun terrace. In the evening, the experience becomes more focused and atmospheric, centred on Jurgen Dirkx’s contemporary Alpine cooking.
